About Libby

For more than 6 years, Libby has been helping people make lifestyle changes to improve their health. She takes a holistic, non-diet approach that focuses on making changes that fit with your life.

Early in her career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Libby stumbled across the topic of food waste and instantly felt called to take action. She started reading articles and reports, watching documentaries, listening to podcasts and worked to reduce food waste in her own life.

With her background in nutrition, she quickly realized that nutrition and food waste go hand-in-hand. She found many of the strategies that aim to reduce food waste also help improve overall nutrition.

There were lots of free resources out there, but Libby found they lacked the support to help people make real change to reduce food waste in their lives.

This is why she created The Crooked Carrot Program. Built to help you actually implement strategies to reduce food waste. To make feeding your family easier and less stressful. To help you get dinner on the table without food waste.
